The Holy Quran is a Sacred Book of Allah SWT. It is the final Heavenly Manuscript, revealed upon the holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. That is the miracle of the holy Quran that even after 1400 years, there has not been alteration of a single letter or word in it. Since, this is the word of Allah SWT, therefore its recitation requires adopting a great deal of Adab (Etiquettes) from the reciters. Some of the essential manners are described below:
Being In State Of Cleanliness
None touch it except the purified. [Quran, 56:79]
Note: The ayah says that you can’t touch it when you are not in state of Wudu or Ghusl. That’s why if someone is not carrying the holy Quran in his hands and reciting from memory, then Wudu is not mandatory

Holding The Sacred Book in Right Han
Rasulullah ﷺ always utilized His right hand while doing any hasan (good) work and used His left hand in accomplishing other acts. Therefore, one must use right hand while handling and reading the holy Quran. Imam Nisaee RA narrates:
It was narrated that 'Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah [SAW] used to like to start in the right. He would accept with his right hand and give with his right hand, and he liked to start on the right in all his affairs."

Accomplishment of “Tajweed” Rules
